feeling you-tubish and flickry

my hectic evening plans have been canceled due to one very cooked girl. apparently we needed a night off which is okey-dokey with me - i already have my pajama pants on (jimmy-jams, as they are called here. sometimes jimmy-jam, shimmy-sham if we are feeling sing-songy).

my e-mail was full of good you-tube links this week. take a gander...

(not for kids!) ironman (my husband is so excited about this he is practically peeing his pants + i love robert downey jr. so i'm a little excited, too, though it's not a genre i usually enjoy...)

I must confess that Iron Man is the main topic in this household and when my husband showed me the preview I was totally blown away. It is one of the best trailers I've ever seen.

I'm not a huge fan of comics and graphic novels, but he is and he's taught me how to appreciate that they all have really good underlying themes...

We call them jimmy-jams, too!! Sometimes jimmy-j'mam-j'mam-jams, jimmy-j'mim-jams, and so on, depending on how silly we're feeling. Ah, that totally brought a smile to my face...

I have to admit that I wear my jammies (my word for pjs more often than I wear regular clothes. Now I think about it, my jammies ARE my regular clothes. Ah well.
